In June of 2024, someone was able to spoof one of our email addresses and route confirmations to themselves. 

To be sure that you are dealing with the correct Eagle Express Inc, know the following.

• All Eagle Express trailers are blue stepdeck conestogas like the one pictured on our front page.
  • We do not have van trailers
  • We do not have open flatbed trailers
  • We do not have tankers ect.
• Send your shipper a picture of our truck. If it does not match, then it is not us.

How to CATCH these people. Allow the truck to check in. Have the shipper take pictures of the truck and trailer and their license plates. IF they can get the vin plate on the trailer, that would be useful as well.

Tell them that the freight is not fully ready. If you can convince the police to respond, load a single piece onto the truck. This way, the driver can not claim that they pulled in by accident.
